I went with a social worker colleague. Rajan and Sukhdev are miracle-workers. This school deserves international support! What an extraordinary program! These outcast children are full of smiles and joy; for some of them, it's the first time in their lives they have experienced affection and for all of them, it's a chance to move out of jobs picking rags, begging, or working in the sex trade. Rajan and Sukhdev are true wonderworkers, starting with not even a shoestring, just compassion and love, and building up a school that is transforming the lives of hundreds, soon thousands,of beautiful outcast children. They've had their first cohort of graduates from their school this year! These children are now equipped to go into India's school system and achieve their dreams. I can't think of a program I would more readily support.
